Terms & Conditions of Service

This agreement is between you and us.

All clients are accepted in accordance with the following conditions unless expressly excluded or varied by agreement. Liz Roe French Associates Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors or misunderstandings on details supplied by the client.

  1. Definitions
    In this Agreement the words 'we', 'us' and 'our' means Liz Roe French Associates Ltd, registered office, 16 Highfield Drive, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 1JR. Drive, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 1JR The words 'you', 'your' and 'yours' refer to the person who entered into this agreement with us.
  2. Personal Details
    1. These terms and conditions apply to all healing, guidance, and other services supplied by we of Liz Roe French Associates Ltd to you the client.
  3. Payment
    1. Payment for our services will be in accordance with our published service and fees guide.
    2. Payment will be made by you in advance of or at the time the service is provided.
    3. In cases where the client is not present an invoice will be sent and should be paid in sterling, euros or US dollars by any of the following methods:
      • Cheque
      • BACS transfer
    4. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
  4. Cancellation of Services
    1. You are entitled without giving reason to cancel or withdraw from any course of healing or other services provided you do so within 28 days of the first consultation.
    2. Outside this time scale you will be charged a consultation fee of £25 per hour for the work done up to that point.
  5. Responsibility
    1. We are not legally responsible for any loss of earnings as a result of use of the services we provide.
    2. We are not liable to you or any of your customers for any financial loss due to credit card fraud.
  6. Limitation of liability
    1. This provision does not affect your statutory rights nor does it limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence.
    2. We will have no other liability except as set out above and in particular will not be liable to compensate you for disappointment, inconvenience, loss of profits, any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever occurring.
  7. Unforeseen Circumstance
    1. We shall not be liable to you for any failure by us to supply services caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  8. Application Law
    1. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We only collect information about you for the purpose of direct contact to answer enquiries or aid in the completion of our work.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Consent is inferred when you contact us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • Your name
  • Telephone number
  • email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will never sell or transfer your information to a third party.
